1. Definitions

Site – the website located at i-navyx.ru and i-navyx.com.
Company – I-Navyx eVTOL Co.
User – any person using the Site.
Content – all materials posted on the Site (texts, images, videos, 3D models, diagrams, etc.).

2.1. Using the Site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
2.2. The Company reserves the right to change these Terms without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes implies acceptance of the new version.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. All Content on the Site (including the I-Navyx logo, images, technical descriptions, 3D models) is the exclusive property of the Company and is protected by copyright.
3.2. Copying, distributing, or using the Content for commercial purposes without written permission from the Company is prohibited.

4. Product Information

The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of technical specifications and descriptions, but does not guarantee that they are error‑free. The Company reserves the right to change product design and specifications without prior notice.

5. Orders and Pre‑orders

Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not constitute a binding contract. The Company will contact you to confirm availability and agree on terms. The indicated timelines (2026-2027) are estimates and may be changed.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any damages (including indirect) arising from the use or inability to use the Site, nor for the content of any external websites linked from the Site.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be settled in the court at the Company’s location.
